POLYSOKO - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Effective Date: May 17, 2026
1. STATUTORY COMPLIANCE & PENAL CODE
PolySoko is a peer-to-peer analytical forecasting environment operating under the guidelines of the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act (Cap 131, Laws of Kenya).
Registration constitutes a binding contract. You affirm you are 18+. Misrepresentation of age is a felony under Kenyan Law and results in immediate account seizure.
2. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Per the Data Protection Act 2019, your personal identifiers are encrypted. We maintain zero-knowledge logs of your predictive outcomes to protect Scout identity.
3. SIMULATED ECONOMY (sKES)
The Soko Shilling (sKES) is a proprietary analytical token. While it tracks KES market parity, it is a tool for gamified education. PolySoko is NOT a bank and does not offer financial advisory services.
5. NETWORK SECURITY & PORT INTEGRITY
Users are strictly prohibited from attacking Port 3000 network interfaces or LocalTunnel entry points. Automated scrapers, SQL injection attempts, or DDoS scripts are grounds for immediate IP blacklisting and legal pursuit.
8. DELETION, SUSPENSION, & REVOCATION A. Account Deletion: Voluntary closure results in the permanent forfeiture of all remaining sKES. Balances are pushed to the Platform Profit Reserve for audit compliance. B. Suspension: PolySoko reserves the right to suspend scouts for "System Abuse" or exploiting negative balance anomalies. C. Tier Revocation: AI Plus, Pro, and Elite packages can be revoked without refund if a user engages in automated arbitrage or insider manipulation.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for technical latency, 429 rate limit exceptions, or data inaccuracies from third-party API providers like NewsAPI or API-Football.
